Food and Drink
As part of our COVID-secure measures visitors will not be able to consume food and drink in the building. We would advise that you bring your own water as we no longer have a water cooler in the reception area. Hot drinks are available from a vending machine but these will have to be consumed away from the building so we can ensure social distancing as well as health and hygiene guidance is followed. There are picnic benches outside the front entrance for use when the weather permits. Alternatively there is a range of food outlets within a short walk of the History Centre.
To protect the archives, no eating or drinking is allowed within the search rooms.
